Ratings and Reviews
Al Falah Street is a centrally located district in Abu Dhabi, making it easy to access schools, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals. Major roads and public transit are easily accessible from the street. Its central location makes it a popular choice among professionals and families searching for a convenient place to reside.
One of the best things I like about Al Falah Street and renting an apartment here is that it is close to Abu Dhabi Beach, and the apartments are affordable. I love to spend some time by the beach, but all the properties around the beach are expensive. I immediately called the owner to discuss the rent when I found an apartment there.
The excellent public transport options in Al Falah Street in Abu Dhabi make city travel quick and straightforward for locals and tourists alike. There are so many bus routes passing from the bus stops. I can take the other one even if I miss my regular bus. However, in that case, I have to switch buses to reach my workplace, and it is costly. So I do not try to miss my bus.
Despite its convenient location, high-quality services, and excellent public transit, Al Falah Street in Abu Dhabi may become crowded at peak hours. Due to retail stores, supermarkets, malls, and hospitals, heavy traffic and crowding in public places are possible during rush hours. Moreover, my apartment is along Al Falah Street, so the traffic noise causes a headache.
Al Falah Street in Abu Dhabi has a shortage of local parking spaces, which might be an issue. Locating a parking spot can be challenging, especially during rush hours, due to the area’s central position and high demand for parking. I have to park my car in some distant location and walk to my apartment, and it is exhausting to walk to my car every day because there is a shortage of parking space.
