The recently constructed villas are very spacious and large-sized. I recently bought a 4-bedroom villa that spans across 2200 square feet. It has all the latest amenities and CCTV camera security. With our private parking, it has become easier to manage our cars. Staying in a joint family, these villas are perfect. We also have our private backyard. Water and electricity is available round the clock.
There are many small and large-sized grocery marts in our residential areas. These stores are always stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, which is a big bonus for me. At walking distance, I can easily find a few supermarkets. One can also find seasonal fruits and vegetables here besides the regularly available items. Most grocery marts are budget-friendly.
Al Wathba is still a developing city and thus is very poor in terms of amenities. Even though one can easily get everything they need in the nearby cities, it can become a little hectic. Even with the local stores, not all items need to be available on a daily basis. The supply is insufficient to meet the demand.
Being a doctor myself, I understand the importance of healthcare facilities within the city limits. In case of emergencies, a healthcare facility must be highly accessible.
Developing cities such as Al Wathba have a better scope of expansion and development. Since the city is still under construction and located in close proximity to several cities, the growth rate here shall be exorbitant.
