An Ideal Place to Live With Family

Al Zaab is a great area for family living. The community is peaceful and has many parks. Many schools are located nearby. There is also access to other facilities like hospitals, shopping centres, and more. Along with these comforts, it also provides great safety. As a parent, I can stay assured about my family’s safety in this area. With multiple roads and an active bus service, commuting from this neighbourhood is fairly comfortable.

Great Connectivity

Living in Al Zaab has been fantastic due to its excellent connectivity. The road access is especially good with the Sheikh Zayed Tunel, the E10 road and others close by. If you do not have a personal conveyance, the frequent bus service also assists in everyday commuting. Personally speaking, this connectivity has offered me great advantages. Everything can be easily accessed from my workplace to various other leisure facilities.

Modern and Traditional Lifestyle Choices

Al Zaab is a community which offers both apartments and villas. Residents ultimately get a unique experience, with grand Emirati villas and various multi-floor apartments. Both housing choices provide extensive amenities, ranging from swimming pools to gyms. Further, there is a great blend of local markets and bustling shopping malls. Residents can enjoy quaint streetside cafes and premium family dine-in options. This co-existence of the traditional and the modern is the most exciting part of this neighbourhood for me.

Living a Luxurious Life

We moved to Al Zaab a year ago and have been enjoying the amazing luxury it offers. We live here in a 6-bedroom villa, and it’s the best experience ever. Not just ours, but all villa developments in Al Zaab are quite remarkable. They provide a great design along with numerous high-end amenities. Every room in our villa is the epitome of perfection. The living hall, the bedrooms, the study and the dining hall are designed with so much elegance. Plus, the parking spaces, swimming pool, fitness and other facilities really provide us with everything we need within the house itself. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a luxurious residential experience.

Very Peaceful

There are a lot of good things about Al Zaab. But I’d say its biggest advantage is the peace that it offers. It is a completely urban area with everything going just like any other place, but there is also a unique sense of calm here. Perhaps that is why so many families are attracted to this locality. In addition to this, the overall community is quite friendly and warm. If you’re someone like me, who enjoys a private and slow life, the community’s various parks and beaches would be a real advantage.
