About Acacia Avenues, Dubai
Acacia Avenues is a large housing area in Dubai's Al Sufouh Gardens. It covers 94,000 square metres and includes seven tall buildings and 52 big houses. These homes have big windows from the floor to the ceiling and are very modern inside. They also have special kitchens made by a German company called Better Life.
This area was first shown to the public in December 2006 at Cityscape. A Kuwaiti company called Abyaar Real Estate Development created it. Acacia Avenues is special because it was the first place in that part of Dubai where people from other countries could own their homes forever.
The buildings and houses on Acacia Avenues look out over the sea. From here, you can see famous places like the Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah. Two of the tall buildings here are named Olgana and Hilliana. Jamshid Sepehri from Urban Design Studio designed Acacia Avenues, and Matteo Nunziati, an Italian designer, designed the interiors of the buildings. This area is good for families because it has safe, gated places for children to play and attend school.
