Rating and Reviews
A quiet corner within the hustle and bustle of Dubai City. There is not much around; however, everything is within a 10 to 15-minute drive. Al Dhiyafa Road has a lot of restaurants to choose from, from fast food to dining out. A perfect neighbourhood for quiet and peaceful people.
We have been staying in this villa for nearly 4 years now. And everything seems okay for a budget-friendly room to stay. The vicinity is also okay because it is accessible to all major malls, grocery stores, supermarkets, parks, bus stops, and even the Satwa bus station. However, what I love most is the accessibility to Jumeirah’s open beach.
Al Badaa offers a unique blend of modernity amid a peaceful ambience. The neighbourhood has several mosques located in close proximity, making it easier for me to go and pray. It is also situated near Jumeirah Beach, which is an added advantage.
Living in Al Badaa with my family has been smooth and comfortable. The atmosphere here is family-friendly; they have a lot of schools, and the proximity to supermarkets and healthcare facilities has made this neighbourhood the best living choice for my family and me.
Living in Al Badaa has been a delightful experience. The proximity to various beaches offers a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. With its eclectic mix of cuisines, the local dining scene is a food lover’s paradise. Access to shopping centres like La Mer adds a convenient touch of retail therapy. The diverse community here fosters a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere that makes it feel like home.
