Ratings and Reviews
I was looking for a pristine environment and a peaceful location away from bustling city life. Al Khawaneej provided me with the perfect respite and a sense of belonging. I live here with my family and I’m very happy.
I was looking to invest in Dubai and found Al Khawaneej to be ideal. The villas here are so huge and beautifully made. I found my ideal property and my investment was definitely worth it!
Al Khawaneej is a beautiful location situated outside the city centre. Finding a parking space in Al Khawaneej is seldom an issue because it is a suburb. While guests may use the spacious areas around the properties, houses have their own private parking lots. Typically, there is a sizable parking lot with wide bays near the public areas.
Even though I have found Al Khawaneej a desirable locality to stay in, travelling could be an issue as there is very little public transportation available. There aren’t many options to reach the Dubai Metro Station. However, if you have your own car, then you would have no complaints!
If you are looking for an ideal place to spend your weekends, take a look at Al Khawaneej! Beautiful views, a serene ambience and great hangout spots are available! You can spend a wonderful staycation with your family, away from the city. It is beautiful!
