Some of the dishes were fantastic, but a few duds made us wonder whether there were problems with quality assurance.
Due to the Al warsan’s proximity to a major thoroughfare, there is some traffic noise in the flats, especially during rush hour. The neighbourhood administration is responsive to noise issues, but I wish more tools were in place to remedy the issue. The Al Warsan offers advantages; however, the noise pollution might turn off some potential residents.
The Al Warsan is a thoughtfully planned neighbourhood offering modern comforts. However, local traffic issues can be very frustrating at times. Traffic on the community’s access routes can get extremely heavy during rush hours. Public transit options are limited, making it difficult for those who do not have access to a car to move around.
