Perfect place if you want to live far away from the hustle of the city in a suburban area. Also, being a green residential community it is self-sufficient and very sustainable.
Although an excellent community, there is still a lot to be done and developed here. Also, the lack of public transportation makes it difficult to reach here if you do not have your personal vehicle.
Have been living here for over a year now and I want to stay that location is far away from the city but it is well-connected with major roads. The sale price of apartments and especially villas are comparatively less than in other places in Dubai. Overall, great place if you are looking for a place to invest.
Ample parking space and a lot of fun and leisure activities nearby. Also, schools and hospitals are just 15 minutes away. The only downside of living here is the lack of a metro and a direct bus route.
Best place for families with kids as many schools is nearby. The atmosphere of this place is very calm and the community is extremely warm and welcoming. Grocery stores and the community retail center are nearby.
