Good apartment

It’s a wonderful neighbourhood. Everything is close by, and the location is great. The flats are spacious, which is crucial to avoid feeling cramped as in some other buildings in the city. Of course, the birds, the trees, and the waterfront are the best because this location would not exist without them. But on the downside, it can be very noisy due to ongoing construction nearby, and also, at times, the management can get very annoying.

Compared to other buildings in the vicinity, the apartment is well-sized and high-quality. It possesses a swimming pool and a gym on the patio. As with other structures in Dubai, the upkeep can be done better. Regarding the apartment, I have no issues; however, the maintenance staff simply ignores your requests for months despite repeated reminders. The security personnel in charge of the guest parking area should be more courteous.

I’ve been staying in this flat for two months. It’s my first residence in Dubai, and even though this is a brand-new neighbourhood, I’ve noticed that everyone here seems quite close. They support one another, which reminds me a lot of where I was born because of the kind neighbours and sense of community. The security and maintenance staff in the building where I live are quite cordial. The only problem is that a few new buildings are being constructed nearby, and the noise, particularly in the early hours, is unpleasant.

Our house has a terrific layout and plenty of space. The landscape is lovely, and you have a pet corner too. However, the ongoing construction is disappointing. The inconvenience of this is NOT reflected in the rental fee. We’re spending a lot of money! Furthermore, the dust is awful. I predict it will be a wonderful community in approximately two years.

Although the construction is cost-effective, the road system still needs substantial improvement. The buildings are well-maintained. The neighbourhood is peaceful and welcoming. Even so, there may still be some building noises from time to time. This location’s cell phone coverage is the weakest part since Etisalat has poor coverage.
