Our mansion is breathtakingly stunning and sits on enormous views of the fairways of the Dubai Hills Golf Course. The villa exteriors exhibit traditional Arabian, Mediterranean, and modern designs. Moreover, the interiors were unfinished and ready for us to add their unique touch and customise in any way. Overall, we feel blessed to invest in Dubai Hills Estate.
I am often surprised by the pace the neighbourhood is developing. Since the community is still developing, we must wait for all the amenities to be constructed, such as transport links. However, living in Dubai Hills Estate has been comfortable since many utilities are now a part of the neighbourhood due to the opening of Dubai Hills Mall.
Living at Dubai Hills Estate has been bliss since I often travel to other countries for work. The vibrant Dubai Hills neighbourhood is close to the Dubai International Airport and the Al Maktoum International Airport, and the construction of the Purple Metro line will soon have excellent connectivity to the rest of the city. Undoubtedly, the neighbourhood is among the best places in Dubai to buy, rent, and invest.
We’ve had mixed experiences staying in Dubai Hills Estate because of the construction projects in the area contributing to the noise levels in the neighbourhood. Construction is still going on since Dubai Hills Estate is continually developing. Although some residents might be worried about this, most construction sites are typically far from the villas and townhouses where residents live.
Although our villa is spacious and luxurious and displays a true spirit of a metropolitan city, we were originally looking for something more authentic in design. The villas have several Arabic and Mediterranean elements in the interiors. But if you are looking for an ideal Arabic house, Dubai Hills Estate isn’t the best choice.
