Ratings and Reviews
an excellent place to call home. The beach and a plethora of other attractions are both within walking distance. Although the kitchens are a little bit dark, like other Emaar flats in their section of Marina, the apartment design is superb. There is no guest parking, which makes it quite irritating to have guests over. It is disappointing that management opted to privatize any available parking. Due to JBR’s proximity to the boulevard, there is a steady flow of noisy super vehicles travelling through the neighbourhood in the evening, although it’s not too unpleasant.
Unfortunately, a good parking option is lacking for a fine skyscraper in a prime location—the best swimming pool, gym, and security. The building is clean and a terrific place to live a life of luxury. The problem is with parking. There is no room for vehicles to load and unload furniture, and there is a very tight corridor to your parking. They should set aside a few parking spaces on the ground level for this.
The location, ease of access to the metro, tax, marina stroll, beach, restaurants, bars, and more make this building my favourite—an ideal location for relaxation with a 3-by-6-meter balcony. There’s nothing else you need to do; everything is right here. The beach is 7 minutes away, the mall is 5 minutes away, and the metro is 2 minutes away. It takes one minute to walk to a restaurant or pub. However, it can get noisy at times, and a few neighbours are troublesome
I’ve lived in Marina towers for the past two years. In the last ten years in Dubai, I have stayed in several locations in Marina and JBR, but this one is the most convenient location. Cabs are available immediately outside the building, the metro is a 10-minute walk away, and a tram is five minutes away. There are four pools, a sauna with a jacuzzi, and a large gym. However, the pool maintenance needs to be improved, and gym equipment must be upgraded.
We have occupied a few different flats in this tower during our five years here. What makes it suitable? • Brick and mortar structures pose less of a fire risk. • Elegant designs. What exactly is lacking? • Old structure • Maintenance problems: In the summer, the apartments, common rooms, and balconies all smell strongly of sewage.
