Ratings and Reviews
Recently, I had the good fortune to purchase a piece of real estate in Dubai Maritime City, and I have nothing but glowing reviews to share about my experience there. The Dubai Maritime City Properties staff were helpful and kind throughout the entire process, from the original inquiry to the closing.
This neighbourhood’s strong sense of community is what I appreciate most about it. Although it is an industrial district, the locals have a strong feeling of community, as seen in the many annual festivals and activities
Personal conveyance is necessary if you are moving to Dubai Maritime City. The bus and metro stops are 15-20 minutes away from the neighbourhood in nearby localities. It is exhausting to change transport mediums to reach the destination.
My most recent encounter with Dubai Maritime City’s transportation was satisfactory but not ideal due to a few hiccups. Taxis and buses are readily available at all hours of the day, and the transit system is generally dependable. However, there were several ways the system could be enhanced.
I have to say that the level of noise pollution in Dubai Maritime City is quite high, so I can only give it a 2.5-star rating. At the same time, some efforts are being made to address the issue, such as implementing stricter standards.
