Ratings and Reviews
Our house at The Ghaf Tree is very roomy and has a great layout, a large balcony, beautiful finishes, and contemporary bathrooms. The best feature is that I hardly ever need to use the air conditioning, even in the summer, due to the excellent ventilation and airiness of the house.
Living in The Ghaf Tree is a delight until the weekends arrive when the neighbourhood is bustling with the crowd looking for ways to unwind. The surroundings are a little noisy due to the several active projects in the vicinity and its prime and thriving location.
Apart from The Ghaf Tree and Jumeirah Village Circle facilities, no fun activities are nearby. All the fun and leisure activities are around half an hour from the neighbourhood. Moreover, if there is traffic on the roadway, it may take more. It might not be the best place if one loves to go out every weekend.
We have been residing at Ghaf for three years. Compared to the other buildings in JVC, the quality and finishing are better. Even though the gym and pool are small, they are adequate for the neighbourhood. Our house is serene and quiet, while the main roads can be noisy.
We are quite happy with our choice of the house in JVC at The Ghaf Tree. We have a joint family, so the four-bedroom townhouse was perfect. There are ample rooms for the relatives to stay in our home whenever they come for a stay. The townhouse is spacious, so it does not feel crowded.
