Jebel Ali Village

About Jebel Ali Village, Dubai Overview

Jebel Ali Village, a neighbourhood in the greater Jebel Ali district in south Dubai, is a redevelopment of the existing Village. Nakheel Properties' residential complex officially opened on March 17, 2022, and has opulent homes amidst rolling hills and lush vegetation. Despite being away from the hubbub of the downtown city, the area is conveniently accessible through Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) and occupies a prime location.

Jebel Ali Village's family-friendly area is 800,000 sq. mt and is separated into four sub-communities. Once finished, each community will include a variety of sports and recreation facilities in addition to open parks, leisure pools, green paths, and a vegetable farm.

The neighbourhood is isolated from the mainland. However, it has a good network of major roadways and transportation linkages. Jebel Ali Village is strategically located minutes away from the airport. The Jebel Ali Village apartments are in great demand since they are adjacent to several famous sites in Dubai and one of the main motorways in the United Arab Emirates. In the last quarter of 2025, handovers are anticipated. The project plan includes an extensive range of communal facilities.

Townhouses in Jebel Ali Village will have access to a tennis court, basketball court, football field, and communal pools. The family-oriented property also offers a leisure club with dining and entertainment options. Several of the project's most well-liked features are a gated community with round-the-clock security, duck ponds, playgrounds for kids, off-road biking routes, water fountains, parks, and jogging paths.

Ratings and Reviews

Good Amenities

My residence has a wide range of amenities, including a pool, playgrounds, bars, gyms, and restaurants, to name a few. The tight-knit community will make it easier for families to live there. With the current construction and the many school, work, and church traffic, access can be difficult, but these issues are being addressed. It is about five to ten minutes from JBR and Ibn Battuta Mall, which offers a wide range of entertainment and recreational opportunities.

Good Community

I have been residing here for about three years. I moved in as the first tenant in this building, so I have seen the neighbourhood grow and flourish. Extremely safe, 24-hour security, and spacious rooms. However, the neighbourhood is now generally chaotic, crowded, and noisy as a result of the low prices of the apartments.

Iftekhar Aziz
Great facilities

We just relocated here, and families with young children, like ours, should choose this location. Everything is in this location and is accessible, even with a stroller. The developer and maintenance firm must be more proactive about maintaining their community. Therefore, you must pursue them to get your work done.

Yasmeen Sheikh
family-friendly

This place is fantastic. It offers a large living area, bedroom, and kitchen close to the Ibn Battuta Mall. It is also a Nakheel property, and they appear to follow RERA guidelines. As a result, it is still inexpensive in comparison to other places. The only significant drawback is that the exterior portions might require better maintenance—also too much noise due to ongoing construction within the Village.

Rachel Blisson
Diverse community

The neighbourhood where I reside is lovely and has excellent ethnic diversity. Everything is generally kept clean, and my building has excellent upkeep. Minor drawbacks include the odor of sewage when the plants are irrigated and at least twice weekly traffic jams, but overall, the advantages exceed these drawbacks. It’s a beautiful location because of the flat’s size, storage space, robust security provided by the access card entrance, and safe environment for kids.
