Ratings and Reviews
We have been living in our villa at Layan for two years. Although there are benefits to living in the neighbourhood in the thriving Dubailand, there are some things to keep in mind, just like in any other part of Dubai. One disadvantage for some people can be that the area does not offer many options for using public transit. Initially, we appreciated the reasonable rentals and the abundance of amenities, but the area is still under development, with numerous new neighbourhoods and services being built.
Layan in Dubailand has been our residence for years and still impresses us with its top-notch amenities. My house is spacious and has furniture from the most promising brands in the world. The best part about the house is its location. Our villa faces the large community garden providing breathtaking views of the natural flora in the neighbourhood.
Layan has everything regarding residences, amenities, and social life. The nearby polo clubs usually host the neighbourhood’s most intriguing events. My kids always enjoy the cultural events held at the community centre, which local families and visitors from other neighbourhoods enjoy.
We were looking for an ideal home for a calm post-retirement life, and Layan was the right choice. The neighbourhood offers proximity to several areas with vibrant community activities. The MotorCity Spring Flower Hunt Festival, a monthly family market, is one of the local events held in the area. Fitness Day for Families is another attraction for the fittest competitions, games, and fitness-related activities.
Considering our property’s high-quality fixtures and furnishings in Layan, it ranks among my best investments. However, unpredictable bus schedules sometimes make it difficult for commuters to work on time; public transport is a lifesaver.
