Rating and Reviews
The place we live right now can be considered a piece of heaven. Aside from being cheaper than others, it also offers other benefits like a wide area of open parking space for recreation and family bonding activities, like outdoor sports and jogging/walking. The security and maintenance were good regarding their duties and responsibilities.
We are living in a 3-bedroom apartment, and it is very spacious. The moment one enters our apartment, it feels like a villa. Our building is in a prime location on the main road, which is very close to Sharjah, Al Nahda, Emirates Road, all three airport terminals, lots of schools in the area, many hospitals and clinics just 5 km away, close to the metro stations red line, lots of eateries, malls and community pond park. I wouldn’t want to leave this place and go elsewhere in Dubai.
The building and apartments are well-maintained. High security. Owner parking. Spacious rooms, a call centre for complaints or maintenance requests, and an excellent tracking system and process for handling queries, follow-ups, and complaints.
Quality-wise and economically-wise, I recommend the place (apartment) to my friends and readers. It is feasible for all, including transportation, and is adjacent to a mall, school, and metro station (2 blocks away). I’m so happy and satisfied to stay in this apartment.
Muhaisnah 2 is excellent for the real homebody as the villas are large and have spacious gardens. We didn’t know what to do with all the space! The only downside is that the area has not been fully developed, so there are no pavements to walk the dog or with family.
