We anticipate our villa’s possession at Nad Al Sheba Gardens in the second half of this year. However, we selected the community of Nad Al Sheba due to the access to many year-round sporting and artistic events in the neighbourhood. The Dubai World Cup is an important horse racing competition held annually at Meydan Racecourse and Grandstand. We are excited to attend the Tashkeel Art Hub, a destination for art enthusiasts who regularly host exhibitions and offer seminars in the summer, only ten minutes from our house!

The neighbourhood is noisy due to its location.

We recently bought a villa at Nad Al Sheba Gardens. Our neighbours from the other sub-communities informed me that even though it is primarily a residential area, it can occasionally become noisy and crowded, particularly around the time of the Dubai World Cup.
