Ratings and Reviews
I’ve lived in Nadd Al Hamar for four years and really love it. The area is peaceful and well-connected to the rest of the city. It has many parks, restaurants, a beautiful shopping complex, and beaches nearby. There are several things that can help you maintain your health, and the greenery has done wonders for me.
The pleasant atmosphere and convenience of Nadd Al Hamar have convinced me to stay. I’ve been here for three years. The eateries are inexpensive, good, and always have something new to offer. There are numerous businesses, parks, and shopping centres nearby. I also like how simple it is to travel around by taking public transportation. It comes highly recommended!
Nadd Al Hamar is a beautiful family neighbourhood. The area is well connected to the rest of Dubai and offers a choice of family-friendly activities such as shopping at malls and visiting nearby attractions like Ski Dubai and Umm Suqeim Beach. It is worth considering when looking for a place to stay in Dubai.
Nadd Al Hamar is inappropriate for anyone who does not drive or own a vehicle. The neighbourhood is not currently linked to the Dubai Metro. Furthermore, the nearest metro stations are a bit out of the way. After moving here, I had to purchase a car!
Nadd Al Hamar is unquestionably a popular Dubai area. It is well-equipped and well-connected to the rest of the city. However, living here can be quite expensive because of the high-end lifestyle. If you’re on a tight budget, you should look for less-priced solutions.
