Even though it is a wonder to live and experience, Palm Jumeirah is a luxury not everyone can afford. We have been living here for two-year and must say that long-term residence may not always be ideal due to its distance from many significant parts of the city, even though it is a profitable investment option. However, one of the areas of Dubai is most suitable for families, particularly for those looking to relocate to a luxurious house.

Staying in Palm Jumeirah has been a hit and a miss for us since the neighbourhood has many ongoing construction projects, so be sure you can tolerate the level of noise and dust. I would also give a heads-up on the navigation around Palm, as the roads on the island can be confusing for the freshly relocated residents.
