Being a resident of Palmera in Dubai, I enjoy the community’s location; however, I have some concerns about Palmera. The community’s maintenance might be inconsistent at times. There are occasions when the maintenance team fails to address fundamental concerns such as replacing broken lights and picking up trash. While there are some pleasant amenities and perks to living here, several severe problems diminish the experience.

Palmera has been an average experience for me. For example, the gym needs to be bigger and better equipped. There are few options for cardiovascular or strength training, making it difficult to maintain an active lifestyle.
