We even have free parking for visitors on side streets since every property has at least one associated garage, making it unnecessary to worry about finding parking in the neighbourhood.
Since Serena is an inland region, reaching any of the beaches requires a long route to the beach. Aquaventure Beach, Marina Beach, and Jumeirah Beach are all accessible from the neighbourhood, but only if you have a private vehicle. However, the serene environment of the community benefits us of all the amenities despite being far from Downtown Dubai’s bustle. Overall, it is an entirely self-sufficient society with all basic amenities nearby.
Serena is undoubtedly one of the top neighbourhoods for buying villas and townhomes. My friend recommended that I invest in one of its townhouses since it is an inexpensive, tranquil retreat from city life that Spain inspired. The opulent amenities include gyms, shops, food stores, and various outdoor activities, including water play zones for children and adults.
Serena offers everything a resident may expect in a neighbourhood. Even though it is annoying for us to sometimes travel to far places for recreational purposes, we often use public transport to go to places like Arabian Ranches, Sustainable City, and Jumeirah Village Circle nearby. Furthermore, Al Qudra Road, Emirates Road, and Academic Road are excellent entry points for development.
Although Serena was a great place to invest in, it is often challenging for us to use public transport since the neighbourhood is currently undergoing construction. I will suggest opting for private vehicles for the time being since they work best in the area.
