I’ve lived in Springs 10 for roughly a year and have conflicting sentiments about the neighbourhood. On the one hand, the villas are spacious and well-kept, and the neighbourhood is generally calm and silent. However, I find some amenities, such as the pool and fitness centre, quite rudimentary and need improvement. Furthermore, it can be difficult for me to navigate the community without a vehicle, as some areas are quite distant from others.
