Town Square Dubai is a gated neighbourhood with many landscaped gardens and covered walkways. Numerous renowned schools, including Fair Green International School and Jebel Ali School, are near the newly developed family-friendly neighbourhood. Residents can easily access everything due to community centres, shopping, and entertainment district amenities.

Ratings and Reviews

Himadri Patel
I adore the spacious, high-tech parking spaces.

Living at Town Square was our best decision. The best feature of the property is the garage on our front porch! Whether you reside in an apartment or a mansion, you won’t have any parking-related problems. Finding a parking space is not a problem since the neighbourhood is a suburban area, thoughtfully developed.

Qudrat Mustafa
Limited options for commuting to other regions.

Our home in Town Square is the ideal example of modern and Arabic design. The home’s little crevices and nooks reveal the builder’s attention to detail. However, we often find the lack of public transit a disadvantage, but those who take the bus simply need to travel via The Sustainable City neighbourhood, the closest bus station to Town Square.

Sukhveer Kahlon
I love the family-friendly features and surroundings at Town Square!

I recommend the neighbourhood since it is perfect for your family and way of life, offering several amenities nearby. The neighbourhood gives the locals a space where they may find work-life balance. This tranquil suburban neighbourhood has big playgrounds for children, parks for community use, shady walks and bike lanes for internal transportation.

Ali Bharmal
Tranquil lifestyle with top-notch amenities

Living in Town Square gives rest to the monotony of life. The community not only has a wide range of homes to choose from, but it is also self-sufficient and has many services and amenities designed for a comfortable existence. We appreciate its proximity to Al Qudra Lake, studded with lush green gardens and stunning waterworks. Families like ours that wish to escape the hustle and bustle of city life in Dubai would favour the neighbourhood.

Irfan Habib
Longer Travel to other locations

Town Square’s suburban location ensures less traffic, noise, and pollution. However, one of the drawbacks of residing in Town Square I face is that it distances the neighbourhood from Dubai’s major commercial and entertainment districts. My office at Business Bay is more than 30 minutes from the locality. The bottom line is that you should evaluate the commute times and distances when considering moving to Town Square.
