Al Marjan Island is a stunning destination for those seeking a luxurious beachfront lifestyle. The rental properties on the island ar e spacious and lavish, with breathtaking views! I bought a two-bedroom apartment with a sea-facing balcony, and it is unimaginable, but I got the deal at the best rates.
There is so much issue with the transport facility here. The nearest bus station is half an hour away! From there, we must take a cab to the Island. Commuting through public transportation here can take lots of time. So, it is better to have a private conversation here.
The best thing about the area is the beaches, resort, calm atmosphere, and recreational activities. Other than that, it is tough to live here as all the amenities are in the neighbouring localities. Several construction projects are underway to make Al Marjan Island a proper residential area. Until then, coming here for a vacation and having a holiday home rather than a residence is better.
I came to visit Al Marjan Island on holiday but ended-up investing in one of the off-plan projects in the area. The property was available at such a reasonable rate that I couldn’t stop investing in a real estate property here. There is a cool and calm beach environment, and it is away from the city centre, which is perfect!
