We were looking for a serene area in Sharjah and found it at Al Juraina. The residential area is ideal for those who enjoy large, open spaces around their homes. Due to their spaciousness, residential houses are perfect for outside activities like sports, BBQs, and bonfires. Moreover, I have never experienced any traffic congestion due to the wide streets of the neighbourhood.
Al Juraina is synonymous with world-class living and spacious and green surroundings. However, the advantages of living here are limited to the community premises. The project is far from the city, making it difficult for daily commuters to travel to work. It takes a 20 to 25-minute drive to get to the emirate’s most important locations.
Our experience of living at Al Juraina has been bliss as the community offers several amenities to the residents. There have been no parking issues during the two years of our stay, as the community has plenty of parking places in the residential area for visitors and residents. We recently renovated our already spacious garage with modern furnishings. Therefore, the houses here provide an opportunity to redo some parts post-purchase.
Our house in Al Juraina boasts several modern amenities with well-planned room layouts and parking spaces. The area is peaceful and ideal for families. Moreover, we can access several amenities, including supermarkets, retail shops, and medical facilities. However, Al Juraina is somewhat on the city outskirts, which accounts for the neighbourhood’s distance from downtown.
I was excited to relocate to the premier location of Al Juraina in Sharjah. I have no complaints about my villa since it features high-quality built and beautifully furnished interiors. However, I was astonished to witness the lack of public transport here. The cab channels do not pick up at my location, and there are fewer direct buses to several city hotspots.
