Also, with easy access to Ajman, this family-friendly neighbourhood is well connected to other parts of the Emirate via Wasit Street, making it easier for me to commute within and inter-city.
The independent villas scattered across the entire community are well-built and boast luxurious amenities. Ours is a three-bedroom villa we bought at a very reasonable price considering the neighbourhood’s prime location. However, it can get a bit noisy due to the active projects nearby, especially if you have babies at home.
