  • Log on to this website: https://icp.gov.ae/en/. Click on More Services> Other Services> Personal Information> Update Personal Information> Update and “Start Service”. 
  • You will find an application form asking for your basic information like name, nationality, identification number, to name a few. Select your File Type as Visa. Put in the file number of your Visa. 
  • Dubai residents must choose a 3-section number for their file identification, while residents from other emirates can proceed with a 4-section number.

Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page where you can finalise your payment. The fee for updating the mobile number associated with your Emirates ID is AED 53.
