The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was born on November 14, 1982, as the 2nd son of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who was the Prime Minister, the Vice-President of the UAE and was also crowned as Dubai’s ruler, and Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma’a.  Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is a descendant of the “Bani Yas” clan “Al Bu Falasah.”
