Dubai South is divided into different parts. They are Residential, Commercial, Logistics, and MBR Aerospace Hub. The city is spread over 145 sq. km, of which 7 sq. km is solely reserved for a leading aerospace hub, MBRAH. 18 sq. km is reserved for a multimodal logistics hub. Currently, there are 5000 residents residing in Dubai South. It is also the home of Expo 2020 and Al Maktoum International Airport.

The idea has allowed more than 150 nationalities to invest and grow and created 500,000 jobs for different people, with 5000 companies operating in the area. Even in terms of cargo, 12 million tons are coming annually.
