About Global Realty Partners

Arshad Wahedna founded Gulf Global Group in 2002 to invest in and combine a global asset base. Over the last 15 years, the company has experienced remarkable growth, having invested, produced, and participated in joint venture projects totalling more than $250 million.

Through our network of industry partners, we concentrate on value-added opportunities in the market. Most of our cash is invested in joint ventures, private opportunistic developments, or land acquisitions for future ground-up development. With the help of our extensive industry knowledge, we have successfully developed 100,000 square metres of residential and commercial real estate, and another 125,000 square metres are currently planned or under construction, with completion expected before 2020. A thorough grasp of asset management has led to value creation for all parties involved, including investors, tenants, and the community, in addition to investment and development. We also own a land bank with 175.000 sq. m of permitted area set aside for development in the future.

The owner, Mr. Arshad Wahedna, a first-generation entrepreneur, began his career in banking before joining the Bombay Stock Exchange in 1991. A Chartered Accountant since 1985, he has expertise across financial services, stock brokerage, advisory, and real estate development. After moving to Dubai in 2001, he became one of the first investors in freehold land, leading major acquisitions and developments for Gulf Global Group from 2002 to 2007, playing a key role in executing the group’s major projects.
