Azizi Riviera Overview

Riviera is one of the premier projects by Azizi in Meydan, the centre of Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) in Dubai. Azizi Riviera in Dubai has a desirable location and is near Meydan Racetrack, the site of the Dubai World Cup, and several sports and leisure facilities. It is also close to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport. The famous mixed-use project takes its cues from the French Riviera and will include residential units, shops, and several on-site amenities.

Azizi Riviera is a significant construction project with 71 buildings to be built in four stages. A sizable integrated retail sector, opulent four- and five-star hotels, and verdant open spaces are just a few of its 13 regions. Azizi Riviera in Dubai consists of many mid-rise residential complexes with many retail establishments on the ground floor. A pool, beautifully landscaped gardens, and a gym are exciting amenities for each building. Residential units include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, the community pool, and canals. Riviera aims to house more than 20,000 people when it is completed, including families and working people.

The French Riviera served as inspiration for the master plan of the Azizi Riviera in Dubai. The surrounding structures and areas resemble modern Mediterranean living. The public spaces and open spaces provide many amenities. However, the sleek lines and contemporary glass and wood facades serve as a constant reminder of the fine architecture reminiscent of French cities.

Azizi Riviera is reachable from numerous malls, movie theatres, shops, schools, and hospitals via Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and Meydan Road. The projected One Mall and Marina are also around five minutes away, as are the Meydan Hotel and Racetrack. Long walks on paved walkways close to boating facilities, public transportation, and a projected marina are among the projects most advertised amenities. The developer revealed in July 2021 that the canal envisioned in the original master design would be replaced by a 2.7-kilometre-long crystal lagoon and beach, the palm-lined promenade with 51.5 million gallons of desalinated, swimmable water for residents.
