Emaar South

In Dubai South, a new golf course development called Emaar South is encircled by enclaves of contemporary townhouses and villas. The guiding principles of connectedness, accessibility, liveability, sustainability and optimal residential density served as the basis for the design of this new master-planned community. The 700 hectares (1,725 acres) of residential areas will be connected by tree-lined boulevards and a network of public transportation, including autonomous vehicles that are ecologically beneficial. Emaar South will include an 18-hole championship golf course, a clubhouse, a number of three- and four-star hotels, as well as a number of sizable community parks, walking and biking routes, and shopping districts.

The project is located near prominent communities like Arabian Ranches, Emaar Beachfront, and Arabian Ranches III. The new Al Maktoum Airport is only 5 minutes away from the project, while the Expo 2020 site is just 15 minutes away from it. The Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai are 25 minutes and 35 minutes away from the project respectively. The Dubai International Airport is 45 minutes away from the project. The project will offer 53,000 square meters of retail and dining zones for residents and 25 neighbourhood parks. There are 22,700 residential units, including 15, 360 apartments at the project. The development is within the DWC (Dubai World Central) and was launched in February 2017. The project is also located near the four-star Aloft hotel. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Emirates Road, and subsequently, Sheikh Zayed Road are major thoroughfares nearby. The Zoom Supermarket is also accessible in only 7 minutes via car from the locality. Nearby schools include the Emirates British Nursery and the Greenfield International School. The Dubai Investment Park and Jebel Ali Industrial Area are also located nearby.
