Ubora Towers Overview

In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, there is a complex of two towers called the Ubora Towers. The Ubora Residential Tower and Ubora Commercial Tower make up the development. The Ubora Towers building was finished in 2011. Senyar Real Estate purchased it in mid-2018.

The 58-story Ubora Commercial Tower, sometimes referred to as the Ubora Tower 1, is a skyscraper. Its architectural height is 263m in total (862 ft). The 20-floor Ubora Residential Tower, also known as Ubora Tower 2, was constructed in 2011.  The facility is currently maintained by Jones Lang Lasalle and was designed by the architecture firm Aedas with lighting design by AWA Lighting Designers.

People who work in surrounding skyscrapers typically board and alight at the Ubora Tower bus stop, which is located on both sides of the street. All buses passing this tower, except routes 26 and 50, go to Business Bay Metro Station, which is the closest Metro Station.

A mixed-use building that incorporates the office tower, a considerably smaller residential tower, and a retail platform makes up UBora Tower. To help focus the office space down to the future view corridors, toward the lake, and past its surrounding developments, the office tower position is rotated from the orthogonal at the street level by taking advantage of its placement inside the complex. The towers four faces directly adapt to their three-dimensional surroundings as it rises in height. They all turn their faces in different directions and angles to optimise the sights. As the tower rises into the sky, the curves bulge outward, resulting in larger floor plates at higher elevations where lease deals will be at their maximum.
