RAK Properties is one of the leading real estate dealers in the UAE. It was founded in 2005 by the ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, His Highness Sheikh Saud Saqr Al Qasimi.

Ras Al Khaimah is the UAE's fourth largest and northernmost Emirate in terms of its population and total area. Spanning about 2478 square kilometres, RAK properties have footprints all over the Emirate.
