Refund Policy

At Kings School Nad Al Sheba, registration, deposit, and re-enrolment fees are neither refundable nor transferable. But, tuition fee refunds are processed in line with the Ministry of Education's regulations:

  • If a student withdraws before the school year begins, the first term's fees, minus the registration and deposit fees, will be refunded.
  • In case of withdrawal during the school year, the registration and deposit fees remain non-refundable. Refunds for the remaining tuition will follow the Ministry's prescribed procedures.
  • One full month's fee will be charged for students attending up to two weeks.
  • If a student attends for over two weeks but less than one month, two full months' fees will be charged.
  • The full term's fees will apply if a student remains enrolled for over a month.
