Al Saad Indian School in Al Ain is part of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan school network. This school started in 2014 and teaches students from Kindergarten to Grade 12 following the Indian CBSE curriculum. It's the second such school to have opened in the UAE through this network, the first one being in Abu Dhabi. The school has 800 students and 62 teachers, which means there is one teacher for every 13 students. They have a special education needs coordinator to help children with mild learning disabilities. These students have individual education plans to help them keep up with the standard curriculum, supported by regular meetings with their parents.
The main aim of Al Saad Indian School is to provide high-quality education and ensure all-round development for its students, striving for the highest academic standards. The Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, which founded the school, began in 1938 and now includes 400 schools in India and other centres around the world, including in the US, Portugal, Australia, the UK, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
