Elementary School (KG - Grade 5)

Middle School (Grade 6 - Grade 8)

• Complete the Pre-Application Form on the school's website to provide basic information about the applicant.
• After submission, you'll receive an email with login credentials to access the Admissions Portal.
• Log in and set up your username and password using the link to your email.
• Access the Admissions Portal and log in to complete the application form.
• Upload the required documents and any additional relevant documents you may need.
• Pay the application fee as outlined in the Admissions Portal.
• Apply for review by the Admissions Office.

• Application Fee: AED 630 (non-refundable, includes 5% VAT).
• Capital Fee: One-time, non-refundable, and supports facility upgrades.
• Reservation Fee: Applied toward annual tuition and must be paid before the school year begins.
• Tuition refunds are prorated based on quarters attended:
  • 65% refund if fewer than three quarters attended.
  • 35% refund if fewer than two quarters attended.
  • 10% refund if fewer than one quarter attended.

Buses feature GPS monitoring, electronic attendance systems, seat belts, and professionally trained drivers. A dedicated representative is available to assist ACS families with transportation needs.

Students arriving by car can be dropped off at Gate 1, while those using the bus service are dropped off at Gate 2. Families can also choose independent carpooling or use the designated parking area for bikes and scooters. Walking, biking, or scooting to school is encouraged, with crosswalks and safety guidelines in place to ensure students' well-being.
