Repton Abu Dhabi School emphasises the significance of selecting an appropriate school for your child. As such, the school invites potential parents to visit its campus to acquaint themselves with the available resources and facilities. To facilitate this, Repton Abu Dhabi holds Open Mornings every term and offers personal tours on weekdays, which can be scheduled at your convenience.
To initiate the enrollment process for your child at Repton Abu Dhabi, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Reach out to the Admissions Office by phone at +971-2-507-4888 or via email at admissions@reptonabudhabi.org.
Step 2: Arrange a visit by an appointment with the admissions office. School tours are available on Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 09:30 am. Given the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the school provides in-person and virtual tours at the day's end. These tours, led by the admissions team, offer an in-depth look at the facilities and a chance to address any queries. Please note that walk-in tours are currently unavailable.
Step 3: Submit the application form, a copy of the child’s passport, and the most recent school report card, which must indicate the current year group. Once the registration form is completed, your child will be officially registered, and the school will contact you to schedule an assessment.
Step 4: The school administers age-specific assessments to understand the child’s social skills, maturity, and behaviour. Assessments for the Foundation Stage are play-based, while those for Year 1 onwards focus on Reading, Mathematics, and English. For international applicants, assessments can be arranged remotely. The admissions office will communicate their decision within three business days.
In response to COVID-19, the school has adapted its assessment process to avoid in-person interactions, relying instead on previous school reports and pastoral references. Additional references, online interviews, or observations may be requested.
Parents should ensure their child fits the school's age placement guidelines.
