Excel International School offers an easy online admission process for parents. Following the steps below, you can secure a place for your child in this prestigious British international school in Al Ain.

Create an Account

• Enter your email ID and click "Send OTP."
• Check your email for the OTP and enter it on the portal.
• Set and confirm your password.
• Provide your name, relationship with the applicant, and mobile number.
• Click "Sign Up" to complete the account creation.

Log In to the Portal

• Enter the email and password you created during sign-up.
• Click "Login" to access the portal.

Register Your Child

• Click on "Register Student" after logging in.
• Select "Excel International School" from the drop-down list.
• Fill in the admission form with your child’s details, such as name, age, and any previous school information.
• Provide the parent details in the next section and proceed.

Upload Documents

• Upload the required mandatory documents marked with an asterisk (*).
• Agree to the disclaimer and click "Submit."

Documents Required

  • Copy of the student’s birth certificate (if issued outside the UAE, it must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE Embassy, and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
• Photographs: Four passport-sized photographs of the student.
• Vaccination Records: Copy of the student’s immunisation (vaccination) card.
• Proof of Address: A water and electricity bill, house rental/ownership contract, or location details, including plot number, road number, sector, and zone (for Al Ain).
• Academic Records
  • Statement of Marks or report card for Grades 2 and above.
  • Original Transfer Certificate (if issued outside the UAE, it must be attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in the respective country).

ADEK approves the tuition fees of Excel International School for the academic year 2024-2025 and includes textbook charges. A one-time, non-refundable registration fee is also applicable. Below is the fee breakdown for different grades.

Sibling discounts are available for tuition fees:

• 10% for the 2nd and 3rd siblings.
• 15% for the 4th or more siblings.

The school provides reliable and safe transport for all grades. The buses are well-maintained and follow strict safety guidelines. The transport facility covers major residential areas to ensure convenience for students and parents. Students' transport fees are calculated separately. They are charged annually and can be paid monthly instalments over 10 months.
