Foundation Stage

Primary, Secondary, and Upper Secondary School (Key Stages 1 to 4)

The curriculum for Key Stages 1 to 4 follows the formal teaching framework of the National Curriculum of England, aligned with Cambridge Checkpoints and CIPP evaluation. This ensures continuous assessment and skill development based on predefined rubrics.

Applying at Global English School is a smooth process. To apply for Global English School Al Ain, follow these steps:

Step 1 - Fill out the online application form on the school's website.

Step 2 - Submit the following documents:

• Passport of the candidate (photocopy)
• Residence visa stamp for the candidate (for non-UAE nationals)
• Emirates ID card (original and photocopy)
• Birth certificate of the candidate (attested)
• Vaccination record
• Medical insurance card
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous school
• Original Transfer Certificate (attested)
• Previous school records (attested)
• Passport and Emirates ID copies of the parents
• 6 passport-size photographs of the candidate
• 1 passport-size photograph of each parent
• Electricity bill or premises ID (copy)

Step 3 - Parents should submit the soft (PDF format) and hard copies.

Step 4 - After applying, the school invites parents to bring their children for an assessment, which generally takes place in May or June.

Step 5 - If the candidate is successful, parents must submit a deposit and fulfil other requirements to secure a seat for their child.

Admissions are generally not accepted during the academic year, except for students transferring from other countries (subject to vacancies).
