• A new candidate has to make sure to apply online via a form. If the candidate is filling out a re-registration.
• The student will attend a placement test followed by an interview and screening, advancing towards a report.
• Complete documents must accompany the application. After successfully submitting their application and required paperwork, parents are notified by email of their status. 
• Registration is confirmed only after completing all procedures and payment of the registration fee.
• Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If no seats are available, applicants are placed on a waiting list.

Payment Procedure & Refund

The fee can be paid in three instalments, as seen below.

• 1st instalment in September: 33% of the school fees
• 2nd instalment in December: 33% of the school fees
• 3rd instalment in February: 34% of the school fees

Al Ittihad Private School provides discounts to students as a motivating factor. They are as follows–

• A 4.5% discount is available for the second sibling onwards. 
• Children of employees at UAEU, Al Ain Distribution Company, Al Ain Sports & Cultural Club.
• Al Ain Municipality students enrolled in Grades 1 to 6 are eligible for a 10% discount, and students enrolled in Grades 7 and above are eligible for a 20% discount.
