Applying to The Arbor School is a straightforward process designed to make enrolment as smooth as possible for parents and students. Follow these steps to secure a place at the school:

  • Visit the Arbor School's website and complete an online enquiry form, or visit the admissions department for more information.
  • Submit the application form along with the required documents, which include:
    • A photocopy of the residence visa
    • A photocopy of Emirates ID card
    • The latest school report
    • A photocopy of the passport
    • A photocopy of the birth certificate
    • One passport-size photograph
    • Photocopies of the parent's residence visas and Emirates IDs
    • A verified and signed Transfer Certificate
    • Photocopies of the parents’ passports
    • One passport-sized photo of each parent authorised to pick up or drop off the applicant.
    • Pay an assessment fee of AED 500 (non-refundable) at the time of registration.

  • The assessment is based on the previous year’s academic performance reports and recent evaluation data for students outside Dubai. An offer of admission is provisional until formal assessment in Dubai.
  • Successful candidates receive an offer letter one week after the assessment. Depending on their needs, students of determination may take three weeks to three months to receive their offer letter.
  • The Head of Phase suggests, and the principal approves, placement of the student in a designated year group. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to siblings of current students, staff, and outreach program participants.
  • Parents are required to pay a registration deposit equal to 20% of the tuition fee within two weeks of receiving the offer to secure the student’s place. This deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable but will be applied to the tuition fee for the first term.
  • If the registration deposit is not paid on time, the school has the authority to provide the place to another student.
  • The Arbor School may terminate the enrollment of a new student or the continued enrollment of a current student for non-payment of fees, poor attendance, or failure to adhere to the school policies.
