Bloom World Academy follows a truly unique learning curriculum that caters to the student’s individual needs.
Early Excellence Centre 18 months to 3 years
Bloom World Academy’s Early Excellence Centre is essentially a nursery for children from the ages of 18 months to 3 years. By engaging children in games-centric learning activities, the institution tries to make them familiar with the premises and ready for the Primo stage soon. A strong focus is on English speaking and inculcating communication skills from an early stage in the students.
The program features three classrooms, a physical development room on the inside and even a sleeping room along with a Mini Bistro and outdoor play areas. Children also get access to the school’s Junior Lumos Lab, paint splash rooms, play areas and much more. Joining the program with Bloom World Academy brings a truly unique, refreshing and empowering experience.
The teachers take a comprehensive approach for the development of the students keeping in mind the students’ overall development. The main goal remains building a strong foundation for the child’s social and emotional growth.
Primo - Early Years Centre Pre KG & KG-2
A part of Bloom World Academy’s tri-fold curriculum is the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework. The EYFS framework instils learning at a faster pace with seven distinct areas of learning. As the early years form an integral stage in the formation of students, the stage nurtures the unique short timespan of the most malleable time in the students. The stage helps establish a positive learning experience while keeping them age-appropriate.
A creative supportive environment that nurtures the emotional well-being of the children fostering a global mindset. As a sensitive period in the student's time, Boom World Academy ensures that the formative years are treated with the same care and empathy they deserve. English is given special attention as well so that a smooth transition to Junior School can be ensured for the students. Our Early Years teachers provide opportunities for students to work in small groups.
Junior School (Grades 1 – 5)
In these grades, students are encouraged to learn through inquiry and research. The curriculum at this stage is underpinned by the philosophy and practical aim of students to develop independence and to take responsibility for their own learning. The students are encouraged to learn individually, express their voices and opinions and challenge themselves.
Students are offered a wide range of subjects, including Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Literacy, Social Studies, Performing and Creative Arts, Physical Education, Language (Arabic, French, German and Spanish), Digital Technology, and for Muslim students, Islamic Studies.
Middle and Senior School (Grades 6 – 10)
Here, teaching is divided into two parts, Grades 6-8 form part one and then part two in Grades 9-10. A balanced curriculum to ensure the complete development of students. The courses include Sciences, Mathematics, Physical and Health Education, Performing and Creative Arts. History, Geography (World Studies), Social Studies, Information Technology, Computing, Design Technology and most essentially a Social and Emotional development programme.
The assessment criteria for the students are followed by the international standard and a day-to-day analysis is observed in addition to end-of-year examinations.
Nexus Pre-University Centre (Grade 11-12)
The Nexus Pre-university course is a 2-year academically challenging and rigorous training to prepare students for the outside world. Students aged 16 to 18 years are nurtured to be independent thinkers yet team players. Learning techniques that encourage creativity and innovation are integrated into the teachings and an interest beyond academics is strived for. This includes skills in design, creativity, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, innovation and probably most importantly, independent living skills.
Bloom World Academy also hosts annual University Fairs, and ‘What Next’ Career events across a variety of industries. The school aims to see the first graduation cohort in the spring of 2026.
