Pay the Processing Fee- Pay AED 525, which is non-refundable, at the school’s finance department within seven days of application submission.
Wait for Reference Number- After submitting your form and fee, you’ll receive a reference number via email within 72 hours.
Gather Required Documents- Prepare two recent student photographs, the latest report cards, birth certificate, residence visa, passport copy, Emirates ID, vaccination card, and tenancy agreement or property ownership details.
Submit Documents- Attach all the required documents with your application form.
Assessment and Interview- The school will arrange an assessment for the student and an interview may also be required.
Acceptance and Fee Payment- If the application is successful, pay the school fees within seven working days to secure the student’s place.

Transportation Facility at Emirates International School Jumeirah

The bus transport fees of Emirates International School Jumeirah are as follows:

Emirates International School – Jumeirah provides a school bus service managed by Diamondlease. Parents need to fill out a form on the school’s website to use this service. Once a child starts using the bus service, they cannot stop partway through the year, and if they do cancel, there are no refunds for the remaining time. If there's a serious reason like moving abroad, parents must tell Diamondlease a month in advance and provide a School Transport Certificate to request a refund, although an admin fee of either AED 1,000 or AED 500 will be charged.

Students using the bus must follow certain rules for everyone’s safety. They should arrive on time, stay seated, wear seat belts, and keep noise to a minimum. They shouldn’t open windows or play music during the journey. Parents must notify the bus driver or supervisor in writing if their child will miss a bus ride or not need the return trip. If a responsible adult cannot collect younger students within five minutes, the school will contact the parents to arrange pickup.
