To apply for GEMS Legacy School, parents must follow a clear process to ensure all necessary documents and information are provided. Here are the steps to complete the application:

• Complete the admission form available on the school's website or visit the admissions office.
  • Two copies of the child’s passport with a valid visa.
  • Six recent passport-size photos of the child.
  • Two copies of the child’s birth certificate (in English or Arabic).
  • One copy of the Emirates ID of both the child and sponsor (Father/Mother).
  • A copy of the original mark sheet from the last examination passed (for higher grades).

• Submit Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate (if applicable):

No attestation is required for transfers within Dubai.

Transfers from other Emirates or GCC countries need attestation from the Educational Zone, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Consulate.

GEMS Legacy School provides a reliable and secure transportation service through School Transport Services LLC (STS), ensuring students' safe travel to and from the school. STS is ISO certified, adhering to Dubai's highest safety standards. Each bus is equipped with Video Surveillance Systems, GPS tracking, and scanners, while all drivers and bus attendants are certified by the Road Transport Authority (RTA). Additionally, a female bus monitor is assigned to assist students on every bus.

To ensure further safety, students are issued ID cards, which are scanned when they board and exit the bus, allowing parents to track their child's location. STS offers a personalised transportation plan based on parents' requests by reviewing the best possible routes for each student. Transport fees are charged for ten months of the academic year and are divided into three semesters. Parents must pay the fees before the beginning of each semester to avoid disruption of service. GEMS Legacy School strongly emphasises sports and physical activities, recognising their importance in the holistic development of students. The school also features a cricket pitch, along with badminton and basketball grounds, where students can practice and enjoy team sports. Additionally, an Astro-turf football area provides a high-quality surface for football training and matches.
