Foundation Stage
Kent College Dubai implements the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Programme, which aids educators in children's learning, development, and care.
The EYFS framework emphasises play-based learning to facilitate children's adjustment to the school setting. It allows children to select their preferred activities, fostering their self-confidence.
In FS1 and FS2, the curriculum highlights seven crucial areas of development:
- Communication and language
- Physical development
- Personal, social, and emotional development
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding of the world
- Expressive arts
Additionally, the Early Years Foundation Stage incorporates four guiding themes for the planning, observation, and assessment of students:

Junior School (Key Stage 1 and 2)
Kent College Dubai adopts structured teaching approaches starting from Key Stage 1. The curriculum is enriched by extracurricular activities focusing on numeracy and literacy.
Furthermore, the school offers specialised learning facilities, including a Science lab, food technology room, art studio, PSHE (Personal, Social, Health, and Economic education) classroom, design and technology workshop, and a primary library for student use.
Key Stage 3
Key Stage 3, encompassing Years 7 to 9, marks the beginning of senior school for students and lays the groundwork for the subjects they will choose for their GCSEs. At this stage, emphasis is placed on fostering work ethics and encouraging students to think independently.
The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects, including English, Mathematics, Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics), Arabic, Islamic Studies, French or Spanish, History, Geography, Design and Technology, Art, Music, Drama, Physical Education, and PSHE (Personal, Social, and Health Education).
Key Stage 4
During this period, students undertake the General Certificate of Secondary Examination (GCSE), choosing between six to 12 subjects to be examined. The fundamental subjects in Key Stage 4 include:

- Islamic Studies
- PSHE (Personal, Social, and Health Education)
It's important to note that Islamic Studies and PSHE do not have exams associated with them.

Sixth Form
In the Sixth Form, students take Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced (A) Level exams.
For admission to AS-level courses, students must achieve at least four B/ level 6 grades and two C/ level 5 grades in their GCSEs. The compulsory subjects include English language (first language) and Mathematics.
