Refund Policy:

• Admission Fee: The admission fee is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable.
• Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of AED 3000 is charged but adjustable against the tuition fees.
• Tuition Fees: Refunds on tuition fees follow the KHDA regulations:
  • If a student withdraws before the academic year starts, the balance of the first term's fees, minus the registration and admission fees, will be refunded.
  • If the student attends school for up to two weeks, fees for one full month are charged.
  • If attendance is more than two weeks but less than one month, fees for two full months are charged.
  • If a student attends for more than one month, the fees for the entire term are charged.

Discounts:

• Sibling Discount: The third sibling enrolled at NAS receives a 5% discount on tuition fees, with additional siblings also receiving a 5% discount.
  • The discount is only applicable to tuition fees.
  • Students must be real siblings to qualify for the discount, and supporting documents must be provided.

Seat Reservation Fee:

• Existing students must pay a non-refundable seat reservation fee of AED 1000 to secure their spot for the following academic year. This amount is adjustable against the tuition fees.
