Pre-KG Admissions

• Following KHDA guidelines, children registering for the 2024-2025 academic year must be three years old by March 31, 2024.
  
  
• Underage children will not be admitted as per KHDA regulations.
  
  
• Admission will be confirmed following a successful oral assessment with the child.

KG 1 and KG 2 Admission:

• Children below the required age will not be admitted as per KHDA guidelines.
  
  
• Admission is subject to an oral assessment of the child.

Admissions for Grades 1 to 12

• Underage children will not be admitted unless they follow KHDA instructions.
  
  
• Admission and an oral assessment are based on previous and current academic year reports.
  
  
• All admissions are subject to approval from the Ministry of Education.
  
  
• No provisional admissions will be granted.

A non-refundable admission fee of AED 500 is required from all students upon submission of the application form.

• A 10% discount is available on tuition fees for siblings.
• A 5% discount is provided for lump sum tuition fee payments.
• The fee structure may be revised pending KHDA approval.
• Tuition fees must be paid by the 5th of every month.
• Parents requesting a Transfer Certificate (TC) must provide a written notice to the admission office one month in advance.
• Transfer Certificates (TC) will only be issued once all outstanding dues are settled.
• Any additional payments required will be communicated to parents in advance.
• Transportation service to and from Ajman is not offered.
