The RAK Academy schools offer GCSE, IGCSE, AS, and A – Level and IBDP curriculums, which incorporate world-class education to students of all nationalities and abilities. The RAK Academy BSK is a British primary school that offers classes until Year 6. To seek admission for your child, you must follow these steps:
Step 1 – Online Application
You can start by filling out an online or offline application form. Fill in the right details as asked, and submit the form to the admission office, either by hand or through an email to the admission mail inbox.
Step 2 – Submit the Necessary Documents
The next step is to submit the necessary documents along with the application form. You must have all the below-listed documents handy before you submit the application form:
- The child’s recent academic report
- Photographs (3)
- Medical report
- Birth certificate
- Parents and child/children’s passport copy, Emirates ID copy, and visa copy (For ex-pats only)
- Family book to be submitted only by the UAE Nationals
You can manually hand over these documents to the admission helpdesk within the premises. Alternatively, you can scan and upload all these documents online and mail them to the admissions.
Step 3 – Payment of Application Fee
After submitting the application form and the necessary documents for admission, parents need to pay an application fee of AED 400. This amount is non-refundable.
Step 4 – Entrance Exam
On paying the application fee, your child is required to sit for an entrance exam followed by an interview. You will get the result of the exam within 48 hours through a call or an email.
Step 5 – Admission Process
Once you get a confirmation call that your child has cleared the entrance exam, you must confirm the seat by depositing the registration fee within fourteen days of receiving the admission confirmation letter.
Parents should learn about the age criteria before entering into the admission process. Given below is the required age for each class in the tabular form:

Parents will have to use either of the following modes of payment:
- Online fee payment
- Bank transfer payment
- Cash or Cheque payment
Parents must provide the name of the student and year group when making the transfer so that the payment can be easily traced. They should include all bank charges in the total so that the school receives the correct payment. Finally, they must email a copy of the bank deposit slip to accounts@RAKacademy.org.
