British Curriculum

The British curriculum is provided from Grade 9 to Grade 12 in Al Maarifa International Private School. Under this curriculum, the school offers the CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) and Pearson Edexcel courses. How to Apply for Al Maarifa International Private School? Step-by-Step Process

The admission process in Sharjah’s Al Maarifa International Private School is as follows:

  1. Applicants for KG 1 and KG 2 students are required to appear for an interview. 
  2. Grades 1 to 12 applicants must also interview with the admission committee while fulfilling the abovementioned requirements.

Transfer Certificates

Applicants from within and outside the UAE must follow the following transfer certificate guidelines: 

Inside UAE

  • The original transfer certificate and final transcript/report must be attested by the relevant educational authorities (SPEA, KHDA, ADEK, etc.) of the Emirate from which the student is transferring.
  • Students switching curriculums must provide a Registration History Certificate, attested by the appropriate educational authorities in their Emirate (SPEA, KHDA, ADEK, etc.).
  • Students transferring from British schools into Grade 11 or 12 (British curriculum) must submit an IGCSE certificate with a minimum of 5 subjects, each with a grade of D or higher.

Outside UAE

  • The original transfer certificate and final transcript/report from the previous school must be attested by the UAE Embassy in the student's country of origin.
  • Originals of all required documents must be presented upon request.
  • The registration process will only be finalised once the documents are properly attested and submitted to the Registration Department within the designated time frame.
